Hi all, Please find a CCI session I moderated on COVID-19 and Condominiums last week. Lots of good information for condominium owners and boards.

Wishing everyone a safe and happy Easter weekend! Our office is closed today (Good Friday) as well as Easter Monday, and we will open again on Tuesday. Please note that we have extended our no foot traffic policy indefinitely at our office due to COVID-19, however we are available via e-mail, mail, fax, and phone.

Dear clients, board members, staff, and vendors (our 113 West family), Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 we are adhering to all precautions recommended by the Alberta Government to protect each other over the coming months and help lessen the effects of this virus. As of March 16, 2020, and until April 17, 2020, our office will be closed to all foot traffic. This protocol may be extended if needed and is subject to review. We currently have a mailbox at our office that may be ...utilized to drop off documents, keys and other items which will be checked multiple times a day. We will be open and working between the regularly scheduled hours of 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday through to Friday excluding holidays. In extenuating circumstances, we may allow for appointments but this must be arranged with the office prior to visiting. Please also note that all amenity rooms (guest suites, social rooms, exercise rooms) at the properties we manage will be temporarily closed until further notice. For our apartment style condominiums, additional cleaning measures for the common spaces will be in effect. Please note that any staff exhibiting signs of illness will be self isolating and working from home until they are able to return. We thank you for your cooperation and wish everyone safe health for the coming weeks and months ahead.

The 113 West family is expanding in more ways than one. Welcome on board to Sandhurst Condominiums (January 1, 2020) and Cedarwood Village Condominiums (March 1, 2020). Both are townhouse style condominiums here in Edmonton. Equally as important I am happy to welcome Sandra Deuchar to the 113 West team as a new Condominium Manager working with us. Sandra brings loads of experience and an educational background that will help navigate the sometimes tricky world of condominium living! Welcome all!
