After attending an internet repair where the customer had the flu and didnt warn us before the appointment we have had to make a decision on the ongoing Covid-19 Pandemic. With 138 Active Cases of Covid-19 in Ontario, with every case self quarantining and with public health advising if people are showing symptoms to self quarantine, we are currently stopping all residential Installs and Repairs until further notice. Being a small business the decision is difficult but the health and safety of our staff and customers is priority. We will continue to monitor the ongoing Pandemic and update customers as we get updates.

With the current weather there are some things to note. Interactive features may slow down with the influx of environmental alarms incoming. Expect delays on tech support as more staff have been added to the monitoring teams. Water sensors are a good safety net for flooding, but they can fail to operate: especially if your not performing monthly checks. ... Expect to lose power. Many CCTV systems drop with loss of power. Intrusion systems usually have 48 hour back ups. Commercial fire will only have 24 hours standby battery. Plan ahead, check properties in the event of a power loss. Hire a fire watch if commercial fire systems go down.
