This will be my first year I haven't attended a Remembrance Day service. My father was an airframe technician in the military and my father-in law was a veteran of both WW2 and Korea. Family, friends and customers serve our country in the Canadian Armed Forces and to all of them, past and present, I say thank you. Canadian men and women sacrificed their bodies, minds and lives for us. They lived and died in horror to save us, the least we can do is wear masks and wash our han...ds to save them. This year we do not have the honour of thanking you in person but please know we are forever grateful for your sacrifice in our hearts.

Manitoba has just gone to code red; we are open today but HM Surplus will be shutting down our storefront for the time being.
