Shout out to our #8! Tori’s been a dedicated member of Pure Energy Fit House and Spin Studio for a while now and we couldn’t be more proud of her and the CHS Spartans for placing 4th and provincials this week! We love seeing Tori’s smiling face at all our 6am classes and any other time she can fit us into her very busy schedule! New to FIT HOUSE Teen classes With coach Jenna ... Just not ready for adult classes yet? Ages 13-17. This class introduces kids to the correct foundation movements and will begin teaching some different lifts, starting with a PVC bar and moving up in weight slowly based on how well they perform the movement. Workouts based on regular classes but modified when needed.
