I once had a girl, Or should I say, she once had me. Our latest weird and wonderful beer is made with Kveik, which is an ancient Norwegian yeast that ferments at a temperatures almost twice the normal and adds crazy tropical flavours! Throwing this into a juicy, fruity, hazy NEIPA seemed like a good idea, so we did it!
