Some of our Young Machinists have attended the Young Workers Strategy Program at the IAMAW's training facility. It is a valuable course that brings young workers together from across the US and Canada to teach them about our union and how to become leaders.

This weekend is the Labour Day Parade downtown Toronto. The Machinists Union is leading the parade this year. Come out and have a great time with your family and friends, everyone that attends gets free entrance to the CNE and a free loot bag with Machinists gear. We meet at Queen and University between 830-900am on Monday Sept 4th. Hope to see you there!
