We realize that patients are having a difficult time to reach us, this was brought on by the new model of care being virtual caused by the pandemic. We realize this is frustrating and we do sincerely apologize for the inconvenience it has caused you. We have made some changes to try and mitigate the issue:... - we have hired another office assistant - we have expanded the number of lines our phone service provider has given us in order to pick up more calls We are now looking into and will be soon be offering an online booking portal for you to book your own appointment without the need to call the office. Effective Oct 1st, 2020 there is a minimum $20 charge for all form completion Some forms will require more information and may be up to $200 for completion (i.e. insurance medicals, industrial medicals) Cash or cheque is only accepted, and forms will be released after payment is received (receipts will be issued)... If you have any questions you can bring the form in for review

Checking-In for in office appointment: - call when you are outside the building - doors are locked from the outside---we will let you in - sanitizer is provided at the door Please call if you have any questions, we are available Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm (Friday hours vary depending on staffing)
