Happy Birthday to Mr Burrows! See you this Thursday for our virtual fitness assessment! Wear PT gear, bring a ruler and make sure you have space for pushups and situps! On Saturday, March 6th, we'll be joining other local Cadet corps with a virtual exchange with UK Army Cadets via zoom. Timings are tentatively 0800hrs - 1200hrs and we encourage all to join in!

Meal kit pickup: 1830-1930 at the armoury on MONDAY. Curbside pickup :) Inside the meal kits (for those providing own ingredients)... - 1-2 carrots - 1 onion - Soup stock mix (chicken or veg; powder, gel or cubes) -1 cup Arborio rice -3 cloves garlic - 1 can peas (1/2 cup) - 3/4 cup of parmesan cheese - 2 tablespoons butter Cadets to provide (all optional): - splash of balsamic vinegar - 1 tsp of sage/thyme/ other desired spices Feel free to add in a protein (cooked chicken works great!) if desired. Kitchen gear: - Knife, peeler, large cooking spoon, two pots (may vary depending on personal preferences) Measuring cup for 1/2 cup (1 cup if available as well) Brought to you by Team MWO.

3005 RCACC had a tour of the Veterans' cemetery today as part of Veterans week. The Cadets learned the stories behind many of the headstones of those buried there.

Although we cannot parade in person as we usually do, the significance of Remembrance Day is not diminished. Team 3005 recognizes those who have served, and those who continue to serve. We invite you to join in virtually in some of the events tommorow. We will remember them.

Parade night #2 tomorrow at 1830hrs! Bring your mask!

In lieu of Remembrance Day Ceremony we will be touring God's Acre Veterans Cemetery - 14 Nov, 2020. 1330-1530/1545h. Dress warm (FTUs) and bring your mask!
