Congratulations to Bailey on her 6 week re-composition success! Recomposition is replacing fat with muscle in overall weight and that's exactly what she achieved in just 6 weeks ;) She dropped 3lbs of fat and replaced it with 3lbs of muscle (2% body fat changes) and they trimmed off 9 inches in the process. ... Lauren just finished her first 6 weeks at 360 Fitness and did soooooo good! In just 6 short weeks (even with all the craziness going on in the world) she has lost 13 inches, down 3.1lbs of body fat, and gained 1.8lbs of muscle. She's increasing strength at every workouts, is seeing results in how her clothes fit, she is burning fat and building muscle all while keeping a great fitness/life balance. ... This girl is an absolutely amazing person to work with, she is always up beat and game to try anything Coach Caitlynn and Coach Taryn throw at her! They couldn't be more proud of the confidence she has gained in the last 6 weeks :)

6 steps to achieving anything One of the things I am most passionate about is helping people achieve things they thought were previously impossible. The amazing thing about working with people in fitness is that once they start to achieve those impossible feats, it trickles over into other areas of life.... Someone who loses 50 pounds or conquers new feats of strength for the first time suddenly gets a promotion at work, gains the confidence to quit their job and start that business they’ve been dreaming about, or even leave a relationship that made them unhappy and wasn’t serving them.It’s truly incredible to witness these total life transformations over and over again. And I believe it comes down to following these 6 steps: 1 Identify your impossible goal. What’s that thing you’ve been dreaming about but haven’t committed to or verbalized? 2 Commit to a deadline. Write it down. Make it non-negotiable. Look at the goal and deadline every day. 3 Reverse engineer the steps it’s going to take to achieve that goal. Ask for support from a friend or coach if you’re not sure. 4 Ask yourself what will it cost me to achieve this goal? Will it cost money, time, or giving up things you enjoy like television? Make sure you’re willing to commit to the cost no matter what. 5 Ask yourself who do I have to become to make this happen? Do you need to become a morning person, more independent, or figure out a way to eliminate excuses from your vocabulary? You MUST check in on yourself every day to ensure you are becoming who you need to achieve the goal. 6 Find someone who believes in you and get them to hold you accountable. Very few people achieve goals entirely on their own. Having a coach to support you is one of the BEST things you can do. They will give you honest feedback, help identify your blind spots, and help you strategize when you feel like your plan isn’t working. Ok, now it’s your turn! Give it some thought (or maybe you know right away) then share with me your IMPOSSIBLE GOAL! Yay, Iamze! You Earned the 6 Week Challenge for FREE! In just 6 weeks... Burned off 7% body fat Lost 14lbs... Trimmed up 15 inches Added lean muscle And earned her 6 Week Challenge 100% free. Love it :) Iamze did amazing! Especially in the last couple weeks she's really been pushing herself in workouts! She was really happy with her results and we are super excited to be working with her long term on even cooler changes. You must be thinking...hours in the gym each day right? Hooray for Joan! She did so great on her 6 week assessment :) Joan feels so much stronger and has a lot more energy after all her hard work the last 42 days! Age is just a number - and Joan proves that. She's healthy, vibrant, workouts 2-3x week with Coach Melinda and brings a smile to the gym each time. ... She can get up out of her chair MUCH easier now and she's noticed her balance improve immensely On top of that, she is down inches, burned off fat and added lean muscle. I'll see that again, ADDED lean body mass. Yes it's possible at any age. Tougher? Yes, absolutely. Impossible? Nope. Way to go, Joan!

Wow...great work, Sean! 75 days and a new you. Sean have been on a mission. Since returning from lock down, Sean has felt like his eating and drinking was getting to be a bit much. ... He decided to challenge his body and destroy the past 2 months!! Down 25lbs, down 9.5% body fat and gained some muscle, too. Win win win. Incredible work ethic and determination. The pics and results speak for themselves. He is feeling better, moving better, lifting stronger and ready to take on anything. We are all really proud of you, Sean (especially coaches Chantal and Caitlynn). Way to be awesome :)

The "New Normal" holiday survival checklist... The holidays are RIGHT around the corner, and I've got your game-plan to help you stay on-track, feel STRONG, and still enjoy the holidays! FACT: Chances are the holidays this year are going to look a little (lot?!) different than most other years.... ALSO FACT: Being prepared for that difference ahead of time can help you avoid surprises and actually enjoy yourself. It all comes down to being INTENTIONAL with how you spend your time over the next month and a half. This can include planning new/different activities or changing up your holiday traditions and celebrations. 1. Food. Organize your day-to-day meals and plan ahead! What you eat has a powerful effect on how you feel from your mood to your energy ... and it even plays a role in your immune system and sleep. When it comes to your holiday meal traditions, this might be a good year to switch things up! If you usually cook/bake a lot of holiday meals or treats, this is an opportunity to try new recipes and scale the amount back a bit so there are fewer temptations. :) You don't NEED to make 15 dozen cookies. 1 dozen will do just fine. Focusing on the quality of food vs. quantity can make a major difference. 2. MOVE! Keep your energy up and immune system healthy by exercising at least 30 minutes most days of the week. This can be as simple as going for a brisk walk. This is SO good for your mood, and research shows that getting in those 30 minutes can cut your chances of getting a cold in HALF! 3. Be more prepared than usual. This is for your own peace of mind so you can avoid last-minute stress! If you're doing your holiday shopping online, do it NOW. As you know, shipping times have been all over the place this year. If you can, shop online from local stores - most have good options. If you normally travel but are staying put this year, come up with some activities ahead of time to help you capture the magic of the season. Ideas: A movie night a family walk to look at decorations ... game night putting together care packages for those less fortunate. 4. Self-care. If you do find yourself feeling down about how this year is different, take some time to acknowledge those thoughts and then do something to take control and lift your mood. Get some exercise, send a card in the mail to a friend, take a walk, read a book, hop on a video chat with a family member, bake something healthy for a neighbor, etc. You've got plenty of options - the key is just to have a plan, so you don't have to wing it! Fighting for the stories that keep us small One of the things I’m most proud of - both in my role at 360 and along with the great staff, is the ability get our clients out of the vicious loop of self-told stories that cause them to play small. You see, we stay small because it’s comfortable.... It’s the known. We say we want more. Sometimes we even speak it out loud... But most often dreams are never brought to fruition because they’re terrifying. What lifelong stories and beliefs will we have to let go of to become who we need to be to have that exceptional life we dream of? So, often we fight back against the dream. We make excuses with phrases like... I can’t because... I would, but... When the time is better, then I will... When I have more money, then I’ll invest in my making it happen... It just doesn’t make sense/isn’t possible right now... The list could go on. I’ve heard these phrases uttered by clients literally thousands of times. And I've told them to myself. And they’re lies. They show up to make you believe the story of why you should play it safe, why you should stay small. The truth is, to move forward and create the life of your dreams, you have to be able to recognize these stories and fight back against them. We have to be willing to take risks and do what’s wildly out of your comfort zone. Or we are guaranteed to stay comfy, to stay the same...to stay small. You got this :)

Wow...you are such a rockstar, Jenn! 12 weeks in at 360 Fitness and the results are soooo impressive. Hard work, trusting the process and smiling the whole time will lead to greatness and you prove it. ... We are so thrilled for you Here is what Coach Caitlynn had to say... "Jenn absolutely crushed her second 6 week assessment! With losing another 4.2% body fat, 14.5 lbs, 13.5lbs of body fat alone and 14.5 inches! In just 12 weeks, this amazing woman has lost a grand total of 28lbs, 26lbs of body fat and an amazing 49.15 inches! Read that sentence again - just 12 weeks!
