Microsoft Teams now allows you to customize your background with one of its video chat background images. Heres how to do it: 1. Launch or join your video chat. 2. Click the three dots () in the meeting bar. 3. Select show background effects.... 4. Choose from one of several background images that appears on the right side of your screen. 5. Click on preview, if you want to see what is looks like before revealing it at your meeting. 6. If it looks good, click apply. NOTE: This is a recent feature, so you may not be able to see the backgrounds yet, but it should be arriving soon. This feature only works in Windows or Mac Microsoft Teams desktop applications. Michael Anderson ran in the Quarantine Backyard Ultra! 2,411 runners started from 50 countries - this weekend. He ran for 20 hours and 135 km on a treadmill and was one of the last 100 in the race. It's ultra-marathoning the socially distant way! On Saturday, Michael Anderson is participating in a virtual race Quarantine Backyard Ultra! with 1,300 runners from 50 countries. The race format is backyard/last man standing. Michael is mixing treadmill and outdoor running for the race - and he's got a pretty sweet setup (check out the photos). At the top of the hour, each runner runs 4.1667 Miles (6.7 km). Any extra time is your time to eat, sleep, or whatever... At th...e top of the hour, you go again. If you don't make the time constraint, your race ends. The current record is 68 hours (283 miles).
