Easter Sunday is fondly regarded as a time to gather family and friends together over a home cooked meal and enjoy the warmer weather and the promise of Spring. Celebration and sharing have a new meaning this year. Cocoa Pesto Catering is feeling blessed to have participated in yet another one of Mitch Brison’s random acts of kindness: we were able to provide the residents of The Crossing and some of the hard working hospital staff here in our community with hot turkey dinner...s. Many thanks to all the tireless efforts of the people who came together to make this happen! Special thanks to Betty Crockett, for her exceptional organizational skills, our drivers David Howell and Farah Dill and of course ‘the man with a plan’ and delivery guy extraordinaire, Mr. Brison and their whole team who worked to make this possible! Thanks also go out to the Cocoa Pesto crew for their dedicated hours of roasting, peeling, chopping, baking and portioning: Kelly Taylor, Andrew Ward, Chantel Williams-Kay and Scott Geddes and for never saying no to a challenge!
