The City of Pembroke is thrilled to announce that Santa will be making a special trip through the neighbourhoods of Pembroke on December 19th starting at 4 p.m. Santa will be driving around the streets of Pembroke wishing everyone happy and safe holidays and can be seen from the ends of drive-ways and through front windows. A map will be released in the coming days showing the route that Santa will be taking throughout the community. The Pembroke Fire Department will be lea...ding the way so watch out for flashing lights to know Santa is near. If you are going to watch for Santa outdoors ensure you are respecting Renfrew County District Health Unit guidelines by not gathering with others outside of your household and keeping social distance of 2 meters. Anyone waiting for Santa is also encouraged to stay on the sidewalk or on your lawn to ensure the roads are clear.
