9TH Fury Studios

An announcement from 9TH Fury Productions. Some time ago we announced that we would no longer be doing sound and lighting for smaller venues do to the loses we ...continually took on. That sadly upset some of our band friends and in the end hurt some of those relationships. We had hoped that they would have understood that we could no longer keep going in the hole financially. At this time we are announcing that we are about to be incorporated and have had a board of directors meeting. At that meeting it was unanimously voted that we will no longer be doing live sound and lighting of any kind, but will be moving ahead with other projects. We will continue to be involved with two annual events that we are honored to be a part of and hope that they will still want us there. Those two events are Birdtown Jamboree (formerly Cornstock) with all our friends including Tony Duclos, and Big Rock Musical Festival with Jeremy Lamouroux, Robin Glennie and the gang. We sincerely hope that this is not taken personally by anyone. Yes, covid did have a small part in this, however this is where 9TH Fury has been headed for a very long time and we now see it as the right move for us. A little taste of what's coming from the band "Three Legged Horse". Cody Wood was in the studio last night laying down some rhythm guitar tracks to Qly Howley's... fantastic drum tracks. We would like to say a very special thank you to Cody Wood for giving us all a great night of entertainment thursday night. Despite competing with the Friday Th...e 13th event in Port Dover and people being under the weather, we had a pretty decent turn out. We certainly wish all those who were/are not feeling well a speedy recovery. Thank you to everyone who came out. There seems to be a small amount of confusion and I'm sure as usual it's my fault. 9TH Fury Studios and 9TH Fury Productions are two separate entities under the... umbrella of 9TH Fury Inc. (yes we're about to be incorporated). Cody Wood is not coming here to record on March 12, he's coming here to play a live event in the comfort of our home, away from the noisy bars. We have several others we've been speaking with for more of these events coming. 9TH Fury Productions will now be sponsoring and creating live events. They will hopefully get bigger and bigger in time. I hope this has helped clear up some of the confusion. Thank you again for all your help and support. See more

Well friends, it's only been about 10 years coming (baby steps I guess lol) but 9TH Fury Productions is finally a thing. We've been slowly working towards this ...and now we're about to take the first non-baby step. This is the main reason why we decided to move away from doing sound in bars, it was simply just time to do so. Thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us. Our very first event is "An Evening With Cody Wood" Thursday March 12 from 7-9 pm. 34 Slaght St. Waterford, Ontario. These events and the venues they're held in will get progressively bigger and bigger. Also, the recording studio is about two weeks away from officially opening...finally. Thank you again everyone! A great turn out at the Australian NSW Rural Fire Brigades Fundraiser. Thank you Volunteers, The Norfolk Tavern, 9th Fury Studios, Jayne Laidlaw and the Jayne G...ang for hosting a fabulous Open Jam, The Shoeshine Boys blues band, The Felicia McMinn Band and Indebt. Thank you David Giles and Kristopher Wren Giles and all the other musicians that performed. Apologies to those musicians that didnt get a chance to perform. Thank you Carter Bomberry and Frank Miller for contributing to the event and for honoring and acknowledging the Australian Aboriginal peoples.
