Hello Facebook Friends!!! Launching this Winter will be my first ever Family Winter Bootcamp. As most of you know, I have spent my entire life playing and coaching all kinds of sports, and being involved with physical activity in a variety of ways. After years of learning and growing I finally feel sort of ready to embark on the next chapter of my life, creating a place where people can come and experience motivation, high energy, the benefits of physical activity, nutritiona...l support, lifestyle advice, friendship, and a community which you not only are a part of, but a community which everyone of it's members helps create to foster and encourage physical excellence. We are at a time in our lives where we spend so much time sitting, and being sedentary, well I think it is time we get up, and get EVERYONE moving. It's not going to happen today, it might not happen tomorrow, but I believe it can happen one day. And without further hesitation, I introduce to you, my new brand, the academy for physical excellence. At the Academy our goal is to make sure that you, your family, your friends, your co-workers, receive and have access to the support you need to live longer, and live better. We spend a lot of time asking the question, how can we get more people active, and a lot of time sitting there staring blankly at the wall thereafter. Together we have the opportunity to show people that there is a way to get health advocates, there is a way to get people more active. The first way I would like to help everyone do that is by making the Winter Family Bootcamp I am running, FREE. 100% Free. Tackling Location and Time is a much harder factor to overcome, so what I would like to offer, is a chance for you and your family, or you and some friends, or your family as well as other families, to hire me for FREE, at a time and location of your choice. Please provide me with multiple options as well as 2 weeks notice so I can plan in advance. If you are unsure of a location, I would be more than happy to help find a place which works best for you and your fitness group.
