At 1100hours tomorrow, please take a moment of silence for all the women and men that didn’t have a chance to become mothers, fathers, grandparents or great grandparents.

Meet our lovely Physical Therapist, Allie! Allie graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts and Honors Specialization in Kinesiology in 2015. Allie then completed her Masters of Physical Therapy in 2017, also at the University of Western Ontario. Allie made the big move to Fort McMurray from London, Ontario in 2017 and started her career in the private practice setting. Allie places a strong focus on empowering patients through knowledge of th...eir injuries and health and combining a hands-on (manual) approach to therapy. Allie also employs functional dry needling as an adjunct to her manual therapy skillset and tailors therapeutic exercise programs to each patient to ensure they get back to doing the things they love. Allie is currently on the spinal manipulation and needling roster in Alberta and incorporates these skills into individual treatment plans. Allie places a strong value on new research and techniques and is looking forward to furthering her education through future courses and research. When not seeing clients in the clinic, Allie enjoys the beautiful outdoors and spending time with friends and family. She is always up for a good run or bike ride and has been known to kick around a soccer ball.
