To all our customers, Acetox is closely monitoring the fluid situation regarding the recent outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We would like to take the opportunity to reassure you that Acetox is fully dedicated to the health and safety of our employees and customers, as well as their families and loved ones. Customers should expect no interruptions to the service they are receiving from Acetox. We do not anticipate any interruptions to our supply chain. We are monitorin...g the situation very closely and will communicate with advance notice any changes to our customers as the situation develops. We value the relationship we have built with you over time and are doing everything in our power to ensure continuity of your operations. However, amidst these uncertain times, we keep evaluating how we do business to keep our network safe and healthy, and to reduce the spread of COVID-19. We know that many of you enjoy having the inventory in our trucks at your site. We plan to continue our runs but with some precautions. If you have traveled abroad within the past month please let us know so that we can serve you via different means. (ie. call in orders). We encourage and practice proper sanitary measures required by Public Health Agency of Canada. None of our employees have went abroad within the last month. All upcoming travel plans have been cancelled to help contain the possibility of spreading the virus. If you are a customer that takes products not on constant weekly basis please call us for your needs, so we arrange delivery with limiting social distancing. I want to assure if you are a customer that requires a weekly supply of replenishment on a regular basis, we will continue to meet your needs.
