To all our patients We wanted to take a moment and let you know about what Activate Chiropractic is doing and the steps we are taking to ensure client and health providers' safety. Following the standards of practice, mandated by the CMTO (College of Massage Therapist of Ontario) our tables are cleaned and sanitized before and after every session with each and every client. We use a linen service for all sheets and towels. There is hand sanitizer in every treatment room for c...lient use. Every therapist washes their hands, fingertips to elbows, before and after each treatment. We regularly disinfect surfaces such as our counter tops, our chairs, our debit machine, our door handles, light switches, and reception seating. We are also mandating that every client use our hand sanitizer on the way into the clinic. What we are asking from you, our clients, is IF you are feeling under weather DO NOT COME TO THE CLINIC. Instead PLEASE contact us right away by phone or email to reschedule your appointment. Going forward, we are pausing our cancellation fee to ensure that no matter when you feel you need to cancel, you can. Also, IF you have traveled out of the country or have been in an airport PLEASE wait a minimum of 14 days to book an appointment. We will gladly postpone your appointment the 2 week period.
