The path we walk... We can spend our lives rambling around bouncing from here and there, or we can make a choice and take a chance. Choices are the hardest part of life I find, but if we are not willing to take a chance and walk somewhere we've never been we will never know where we can end up.... There is no guarantee that when we hit the end of the path that its where we want to end up, like everything we choose to do we learn what we want or don't want in life. The journey is our school of learning, the end of the path is the start of a new one, we learn, we grow, we live... and sometimes we find that hidden gem that takes our breath away and grounds us back to reality.

Friends may come and go, but family is forever... There is one thing in life that above all will always be there, family. We may not always get along or even like the choices that are made, no matter what we stick together through thick and thin.... We all choose the path we walk down, we can choose the people we want in our lives, and we can choose the lifestyle we want to live. The beat part about family is the unconditional love that is shared, the laughter, and the tears. Make sure to give loved ones a hug, tell them how important they are to you, and always give the love that is received

There is something to be said about working together... Its funny how many people say to me "you're so lucky you have the relationship you do with your x wife.." Believe me luck has nothing to do with it. Just because we aren't together anymore does not mean we can't get along, doesn't mean we can't work together...... In fact we have no choice we... We share the most important thing in the world... our daughter. Everyone likes to see the end result before they understand the work it took to get there, I see this in so many things.. We only get what we put in plain and simple... For us the decision was easy, our daughter means the most so we learned to set our differences aside and work together for the good of our daughter. Its not always easy but the struggle is worth the result, I believe this to be true with everything in life. We must remember that this life is hard, nothing is given, and when it all seems at its hardest we must try to succeed because the end results are truly limitless.

Reflections of the past... As I look back over the past few years its so amazing to see the growth every where around me, from my daughter to my friends and family, and of course myself. 5 years ago I was blessed to have a baby girl who has inspired me to do so much more in this life.... Finding balance and happiness have been my biggest life lessons to date. Sometimes in life things don't go as we plan but taking that for what it is and making the best of it is paramount to our personal growth and success. Life is hard we all know this.. I have found in my growth when we find balance and happiness it sure becomes a lot easier.

Nothing but the best.. We may not have much, but we have each other. She is my savior, she is my heart, she is my reason, she is all my love. Im not usually short of words until I try to explain this little human and what she has brought to my life.... Happiness, love, empathy, compassion are a few words I could use to explain but they are so short of who this young lady is, and what she has done for me in my life. Through all these hard times we are so fortunate to have love in our lives in whatever format it takes. Embrace it, feel it, live it, love it!! We have more than we need when this is in our lives, the richest people in life are the ones who live this style every day. Own it, share it, respect it, and find the balance.

Reaching for our dreams... We all have dreams in life, maybe it's a house we want to build, maybe its money we want to obtain, maybe its love we want to feel and have. No matter what the dream is we can all obtain them if we believe in ourselves, work hard, and believe that anything is possible.... Sometimes life seems like it's against us, sometimes we get a bad taste in our mouth, we must remember we are exactly where we should be in this moment because our choices have put us there. If we want change we need to be the change, If we want happieness we must find it in ourselves first, what ever we want in life we need to work hard to get. We attract the things in life we want because we believe in them, they may not come right away but in my experience they come exactly when they need to. Believe in yourself, know that you deserve love, know that anything is possible, work hard and don't give up, everything happens as it should.

In search of beauty... With so much beauty in the world how do we say one thing is better than another. Beauty is what we see as individuals in whatever makes us feel good, happy, and in love. ... No one has the right to tell us otherwise plain and simple. When you find what's beautiful in your life make sure to acknowledge it, appreciate it, and hold on to it. Everyone is so busy trying to be somebody, instead we should just be ourselves. Find the beauty that is within and share it with others, give praise, empathy, and love. The reward... well that's how it makes us feel and that is the true beauty.

It's been awhile... I just wanted to reach out to all of you and see how life is going amongst all this mayhem in the world. These are scary times for some and there is a lot of help out there.... We will get through this we just need to stay positive and continue to help others in any way we can. If any of you need to talk about anything do not hesitate to shoot me a message. I hope that everyone is doing as good as can be

When it all hits home... With everything that is going on in the world today (covid19) it makes me realize how important everything truly is. Our friends and family being our upmost importance, but we can't forget about our neighbors and even strangers.... Now is the time where our true colors will shine, now is the time for us to show the greatest parts of being human, now is the time for us to stand together and help one and another. I think this is the perfect opportunity for humans to connect and work together because this affects all of us. We need to stand together and give what we can instead of take. To me this hits home for all of us and it's time to work together, come together and work through this together.

Live life... I used to think I was living my best life, unfortunately it was a lie I told myself. Don't get me wrong I've been fortunate to be able to see and do some amazing things in my 38 years on this planet, but I spent a lot of these experiences intoxicated.... The most painful loses of my life were a result of all this, from losing my wife, breaking my family apart and losing other great people, to most importantly losing myself. It took me a long time to own up to this, but taking that first step of ownership has allowed me to start living life. Finding what matters most in life, finding that reason to do and be better allow for a totally new experience of life, we only have one and it doesnt last forever so we must make the most of it. Everything happens for a reason and nothing is set in stone, loses can be found, hearts can mend, but it all starts from within.

Making changes... With growth comes change and the change starts from within. Feeling good from the inside out is the first step, physical and mental health are priority 1.... Changing habits seem to be the hardest step for me and that is what I'm currently trying to conquer. I've spent a life of partying, and with that has came a lot of misery. So instead of doing the same things over and over and expecting a different result, I'm going to the root of the problem and fighting it head on! If I can make the changes anybody can, it all starts with the want for more. Self love starts this whole process, I'm excited to see where this new path leads and look forward to sharing it with all of you!

It's all about the little things... It's funny I used to think that I had to make a certain amount of money to provide a life for my daughter, I thought that it would bring us all happieness.... As she gets older I have realized that was the furthest thing from the truth. In order for me to make that money I had to sacrifice my time with her, by the time she was 10 months old she barely recognized me when I would come home from work. It was at this point I made the choice to make a drastic change. That change was one of the best moves I've ever made. It was hard at first and took a lot of adjusting but I would rather struggle everyday with her then spend all my time away to make money for a life I wasn't apart of. I guess what it comes down to for all of us is what are we willing to sacrifice, how much time do we want to spend away from loved ones and friends? Is the money worth the time? If you ask me I will say from personal experience it isn't, not one dollar is worth one second of time with loved ones. Life is all about the little things, she doesn't care if I make one dollar or one million, all she cares about is the love I give her, the memories, and the time we share. We can't put a price on memories, laughter, and love
