Although our employee, you will work the schedule provided by the site, and be part of the nursing team on site. Your daily responsibilities include: *ensuring treatment plans are followed by Team leads *liaising with residents, families, physicians and paraprofessionals *participating in team conferences and med rec's *ensuring adequate staffing for upcoming shifts *coaching LPN's in treatments, or medication delivery *ensuring care teams are supported *reviewing doctors orders, supply ordering Must have: *RN licence in BC *First Aide *10 years + of residential care charge nurse experience *neg TB Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Salary: $44.75-$53.75 per hour plus up to 3% Performance Bonus monthly COVID-19 considerations: COVID self screening at clock in (phone app), prior to every shift. Full COVID training provided pre work placement.
