When you’re eating the right foods in the right amounts for your body, you’ll always be in the sweet spot of slightly hungry/neutral before eating and content/full after eating. This is the ideal range. If you find yourself more on the other sides of the spectrum it’s time to look at what and how much/little you’re eating.
