United In Prayer November 13 World Church Prayer Requests Please pray for a peaceful resolution in the election crisis currently facing the United States.... Pray that God’s people will also sense the great need to spend more time in prayer. Prayer is a heaven-ordained means of success. Appeals, petitions, entreaties, between man and man, move men and act a part in controlling the affairs of nations. But prayer moves heaven. (In Heavenly Places, p. 75) Please pray for those currently struggling with COVID-19. Pray especially for those struggling with fear and anxiety, that they will remember God is still on the throne. Please pray for church members and others affected by the recent hurricanes and typhoons. Please pray for this week’s Adventist Mission unreached people group, the Uzbeks. The Northern Uzbeks live in Central Asia. There are more than 25 million Uzbeks and 0.01% follow Jesus. We invite you to specifically pray for the younger Uzbeks who are searching for spiritual truth. A prayer for our 101 followers: Gracious heavenly Father, you are a good God. We are grateful for your daily blessings and care. Thank you for the sunshine that warms our faces. Thank you for the rain that gives drink to our gardens, our animals, and sustains our lives and livelihoods. Thank you for the beauty of nature and for all those times we feel your presence. Father of all-power, all-wisdom; ever-present and ever-loving, we are grateful for your Holy Spirit that comfor...ts, guides, corrects, and leads us in your way. Thank you for your Holy Word, and for the precepts that give us wisdom and enriches our lives. Thank you Father, for your precious Son, for the plan of salvation laid from the foundation of the world. Thank you for the promised gift of eternal life spent in grateful fellowship with you and those whom who have saved. Thank you for your intercession on our behalf. Thank you for your forgiveness and your love. All glory and all honor belong to you Abba Father; we accept your Son as Saviour, and as Lord of our lives. We give you our praise, our gratitude, and our love. May we hold fast to you Our God. May we have joy at the second coming. May we rejoice as we behold the Saviour coming in the clouds of angels, and may we never again be separated one from another. Let your Holy Spirit continue to fall so that we may share this joyful anticipation with others. Your will be done on this earth as it is done in heaven Lord.
