Hey gang! Unfortunately my computers are on their last legs so I'm postponing/cancelling the FB LIVE for tonight in my group, The Afterburners Hormonal Fat Loss Community. I've been fighting with them all day while working with my clients. I have a new laptop ordered so I should be good to go for next Monday. Sorry for the inconvenience. PS. My PT clients are loving their virtual workout sessions! The gyms are closed but that doesn't mean you can't get your workouts in. 4-Week LIVE Online Workout Series with me, starting next week!... Mar 31st - Apr 24th T/F's at 1p Sessions will be recorded so even if you can't make a LIVE session, you will still get the workout. All levels welcome...there will be something for everyone!
