The first time we used them they did an amazing job on our carpets. Our upholstery chairs we had cleaned ended up with streaks. So they took them and worked on them to see why. They came back looking amazing, and we didn't know but it was a very hard to clean cotton. They went completely above and beyond. In our recently purchased house... we had pet stains from previous owners. We had the carpets cleaned and deodorized, however the awful smell came back in two areas. They fit us in right away before we were leaving out of town to do a deep extraction. The smell is completely gone now. They have amazing customer service and won't suggest spending more if it's not needed, and if something isn't right they fix it right away. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and professionalism. If you're considering having any cleaning done I would highly highly recommend Larry, Miles and Josh. Thanks Gentlemen!
