We realize that patients are having a difficult time with our new phone system. Press: 0 for Reception 2 for MOA/Nurse... 3 for Administration Office All appointments have to go through 0 Reception. If you get the recording again it means all lines are full and you will have to press 0 for reception until a line is free. It is slightly different then our old system so rather than sit and wait while listening to music you get a recording to press 0 until a line is available. We apologize for the frustration this may have caused and hope this is helpful in understanding how the new system works.
