I love this quote. I never knew how strong I was until I didn't have a choice. It's interesting to me that strength now looks like walking through my pain, or feeling happiness, sadness, fatigue, or anxiety. It means coming out the other side of that feeling, not better or fixed, but still moving forward. Its a gift I thank my Recovery for every day!

Fentanyl is indeed one of the most powerful opioids ever created: It is 50 to 100 times more potent than morphine, according to the Centers for Disease Control... and Prevention. And it’s true that even very small doses can be fatal. But merely touching the substance is not dangerous. This is very true the last few days. I'm getting ready to write an exam and feeling very overwhelmed. It's very important to learn how to feel what is happening in the moment and learn that this too shall pass.
