GTAA (Gear Tooth Alignment Analytics) is a system for the analysis of the gear contact pattern that is formed after running in both the drive and coast direction. The rouged gear teeth are imaged and where the contact pattern has occurred the rouge has been disturbed or removed. The system then analyzes this pattern and objectively determines if the pattern is acceptable.

Mobile Vision Solution is part cellular application and part server based application. The system allows an operator equipped with a cell phone to acquire images of a select area to be inspected and sends that image to a server, where Mobile Vision takes the image and processes it through vision based Deep Learning software. Once this layer of Al has completed its work, the system sends back the results to the mobile device. The Flex Punch is an automated universal punch system design for service and low volume parts. The I.T.S. or Intelligent Tool Select system is recipe driven based on the part to be punched.
