INCOMING! Damsel and Marcus Need Your Help! Our Rescue Crew is on their way to assist two sweet dogs who are in desperate need! Poor Damsel was in such distress as her muzzle was completely engulfed in quills and Marcus had been hit by a car! Both were rushed to the nearest clinic where Damsel’s quills were carefully removed and she is currently receiving medication for her pain. The extent of Marcus’ injuries have not yet been determined but his pain is also being mana...ged until he makes it to Calgary, where he can be fully assessed by our Medical Team at the AARCS Veterinary Hospital. Since their journey is long, our two newest patients will likely spend the night in Edmonton this evening where they will rest before making their way to Safe Haven in Calgary.
