The cordons are then breaded with toasted wheat crumbs and par-fried in canola oil. To bake, lay frozen cordons on a baking sheet spaced 1-inch apart. Bake at 375oF for 30-35 minutes or until a cooking thermometer reads 160oF. Best results, use an instant read thermometer.
