I woke up today feeling heavy and full of rage with-in my body. I have learned to check-in and see what’s mine and what belongs to the collective. but today I am feeling a deep FIRE with-in my belly, because truthfully I am exhausted by this insane narrative and all that’s unfolding. I know many of you are too. I have been trying to focus on my own spiritual practice, self-awareness, and taking care of myself by anchoring into what keeps me grounded. remembering that th...is is all unfolding as it needs to in order to shift into a new way of being. and I will continue to do so, but today my inner-knowing and being is just sad for humanity and enraged at what is being accepted. and I am going to meet those feelings with love and compassion because being human can be f*cking tough. I keep thinking of all the movies that have eerie similarities to this unfolding and wondering why we are falling for it. then I saw this quote posted by @the_energetic_alchemist and when I realized it was censored by fact checkers for being false, I actually laughed out loud and sadly, realized how far this has actually gone... wherever you are at in your journey, I am sending you love and compassion. random facts about me: as I re-claim my identity and my authenticity my full name is Alexandra (most people think its Alison) I am going to be 30 in January I know it’s going to be a magical year full new-ness and expansion I spent many years running from myself. disconnecting from myself. fearing myself. many years of anxiety, depression, disordered eating. I know these were all lessons I needed to learn in order to find my truth, my light. to be of service.... I have been working in my wellness space for almost 2 years (woah). I started this business impulsively, without a real direction, or knowledge of what I was doing. I knew I wanted to help people and I chose to lead with my heart. maybe not the most sensible way of going about it, but I am trusting all lessons and re-routes as they come. my business continues to evolve alongside of me and my growth. I cannot wait to see how it will unfold in the near future. I am obsessed with dogs (as if you didn’t already know) actually, all animals, plants, and beings I have a big heart, and my soul is solid constantly guiding me, sometimes even without my awareness. it has taken me years to trust these two things, but I am getting there. my soul belongs in Kauai, Hawaii. I feel this deeply. I know I will be back there someday I have two pups Bentley (9) Winston (almost 5) and I love them more than anything. I have been on my own wellness journey for 8 years now. my spiritual journey really accelerated about 2 years ago I do not resonate with being religious. I see religion as an agreement of beliefs between a certain group of people about who or what God is. I view spirituality as a one-one relationship with Source energy. But I respect all beliefs of service to love and light I recently got the download that I am a Galactic Shaman, witnessed my true form, my power and started speaking light language. I have no idea how this will all unfold in the healing and services realm but I am excited to dive deeper. I am full of love and light but also shadow. I have my demons. I face my battles. I choose to witness and honour all parts of who I am. I have trauma to heal, wounds to repair, forgiveness to spread and gifts to uncover and love to share. I am grateful for it all. I am consciously choosing to no longer be bound by the thoughts, opinions or judgements of others. I know who I am becoming. I trust my path.
