Just want to remind everyone that we will be closed this weekend (Sept. 24-26) @ our Ellwood Epps location as we are at the Lindsay Exhibition from today thru Sunday! Come see us there! We will re-open for regular hours @ Epps next weekend!

***I will be at the Chip truck today @ Ellwood Epps smoking up some meat for the weekend, and since I'm here anyway, I'm going to open until 7:00 ...so if anyone wants to stop by for some lunch, or dinner, come on down!

***ALL FIRED UP is going to the FAIR (AGAIN)!!**** We are so excited to announce that we will be at the Lindsay Exhibition starting tomorrow through to Sunday with our green (catering) truck serving up some of our delicious smoked meats!! So come on down and say Hi, and enjoy some familiar Lunch and/or dinner while you take in all the events!... ***Due to ongoing staff shortage issues, we will again be unable to staff both trucks open so we will be CLOSING the truck @ ELLWOOD EPPS for the weekend, But will reopen next Friday (October 1st) from 12-6! We are now closed for the Winter Season. A huge thank you to everyone that came out and supported us in our first year and to everyone that took the time to review us online. What a fantastic 1st year and we can’t wait to see everyone again in the spring!
