COVID-19 NOTICE Dear valued customer, We are open and ready to serve you however we have implemented reduced hours of operation from 8:00 am 4:00 pm Monday to Friday. We are pleased to offer product and service quotations via email or by phone. Our 24/7 emergency service is also available. We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for our employees, customers, and community. In response to COVID-19, we’ve prepared protocols and guidelines to ensure ou...r employees stay well-informed of COVID-19 updates and public health information, and that our employees utilize the necessary precautions to protect both themselves and those around them. In addition to the recommended safety measures of frequent handwashing, social distancing, and self-isolation in the event of sickness or travel from outside Canada. Technicians and salespeople will call once they arrive on site to allow you to open the garage door, gate or pedestrian door for access. When leaving site, push buttons, remotes and door handles will be wiped down with disinfectant wipes and we will call once again to confirm completion or update the status of work. If interaction is required, we will maintain the recommended social distancing of 6.5’. Copies of work orders will be left with the client and signatures will not be required. Prevention starts with awareness, so we ask that you adhere to the following safety protocols when visiting our offices to help us maintain a safe work environment for everyone. Please do not visit us today if you have a cough or fever, returned from travel outside of Canada within the past 14 days, or been in contact with someone who has contracted.
