A recent rescue with our friends from Kananaskis Country Public Safety Section, Alberta Parks.

Today we are highlighting the women of Alpine Helicopters to raise awareness for International Women’s Day! These women represent all levels throughout Alpine including Pilots, Engineers, Executive Management, HR, Operations Support, Technical Records and Administration.

Very excited to be out with our new and improved Recco Advanced Rescue Technology helicopter detector for some training today. We are happy to say the new detector performed flawlessly and is now operational. It’s an awesome tool that we are very happy to have in our toolbox here in Canmore and the Bow Valley. Remember that we cannot use this technology if YOU are not wearing a reflector. Wondering where to purchase a reflector?? Coming very, very soon you will be able to pur...chase them here at our Canmore base as well as our online store. Proceeds from these reflectors will be donated back to groups here in Canmore.
