A few facts you may find useful: - You need to have a valid Canadian passport to enter Canada - You spouse and children could come with you as visitors... - Your children may already be Canadian citizens - if so, they will need proof of citizenship in order to obtain Canadian passports - Your spouse may need a visitor visa, or an ETA, depending on their country of nationality - If your spouse is in Canada as a visitor, you may sponsor him or her for permanent residence to Canada - Sponsored spouses in Canada could also qualify for a on open work permit, provided they have valid visitor status in Canada. When you arrive in Canada, you must isolate for 14 days even if you have no symptoms. This is mandatory. If you do not have a plan for isolating in Canada, you will need to delay travel until you have made one.
