Fall is a great time to spring back in action - Amethyst dancers enjoyed their first rehearsal of the season. Good friends, beautiful dances, and outstanding weather!

We were so happy to get to see each other this weekend for a little rehearsal wrap-up awards presentation and even some impromptu dancing (respecting social distancing of course)! Thank you to PEHRA - Portland Estates & Hills Residents’ Association for the use of their lovely gazebo with such a scenic backdrop for our event! Thank you to all our dancers, instructors and board members for all your hard work this season!

Amethyst Scottish Dancers of Nova Scotia are performing on the Caribbean Princess Cruise Ship today

Our dancers are busy up in Toronto at the CNE with one show down and two to go. Their first show yesterday went wonderfully so if you are in the GTA and didn’t get to watch don’t worry they still have shows today and tomorrow!

Ready, set, go! Dance shoes and costumes are packed and the Amethyst Scottish Dancers of Nova Scotia and on their way to Toronto. If you’re in the GTA, come to the CNE because they’ll be entertaining folks on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Good luck dancers!!

Amethyst Scottish Dancers of Nova Scotia are excited to be heading to Toronto (ON) to perform on the International Stage at the Canadian National Exhibition (CNE) on August 22, 23, and 24, 2019. Join the dancers to as they share Scottish culture through both traditional dances as well as modern choreographies. They will give audiences an exciting taste of Nova Scotia. They will be sharing the stage with other international performers. We wish the Amethyst dancers all the best as they entertain the thousands of visitors to the CNE-2019!
