Spent last week at CEML, the hospital in Lubango. I had the privilege of shadowing a few of the Doctors here, doing days of consults and surgeries where I was able to observe and learn so much more than I could’ve imagined. It was amazing to see the team they have here, and the work they are doing caring for the people of Angola not only physically but spiritually as well. @ CEML - Centro Evangelico Medico do Lubango

Yesterday I flew to Kalukembe with a team of from CEML (hospital in Lubango) to stay for 3 days at the hospital here to observe and learn! Going on rounds, doing consults and being in the OR. I am blown away by the opportunities God brings our way, if we are only willing to trust him and jump on board. Please keep me and the team in prayer as we finish up an intense few days, and pray for the patients here who are in need of Gods healing and love. @ Kalukembe, Huila, Angola

This is way overdue, but thanks everyone for all the birthday wishes! Turning 19 on the other side of the world was fun:) spent that weekend in Lubango staying at the missionary compound there and getting to see and explore more of the city. @ Angola - Lubango

Had the amazing opportunity to be involved with a clinic for the past two days here at the farm! We had two nurse practitioners come and do consultations for the people in the village and the surrounding areas. It was so cool to see how rural medical missions works and be apart of that team. There’s nothing like knowing God is lining things up for you and being able to see how you can use the career he’s called you to, to help people in such a practical way. There’s also nothing like seeing a herd of cows pass by the clinic window, or seeing an expecting mom smile and laugh when she sees the ultrasound of her little growing baby wave at her. Ahhhh feeling blessed to be here and blessed to be seeing and learning so many new things!
