Spring brings fresh starts. Instead of trying to Add to your life & do more.. Id encourage you to see what you can Remove or get rid of= . Bad habits? (Sleeping in & staying up too late) Toxic Relationships or Unsafe people? (friends, lovers, family, etc) Negative or Self-Destructive thoughts? (Feeling unworthy, or comparing your growth to others)... Not slowing down to live in the moment, in the Now? Filling time with meaningless activities? (Binge-watching TV, endless scrolling on social media, etc) Laziness tendencies? (Letting laundry & dishes pile up, being irresponsible with planning) Dwelling on the past? (Things we cant change/ things out of our control) Feeding our Fears? (How we view the World & what we wish others may or may not do) . . For each of these you can and SHOULD replace with something kind, uplifting, encouraging, loving, hopeful, warm, positive, confident, strong, and deliberate. We cant always take away all the bad or the pain & grief, but we have a choice today to start to change our future for a better tomorrow.
