If you are in need of a massage, I have the appointment for you! Take a mini vacation ...very locally...to my newly renovated studio! Appointments are available for late August, and September. COVID protocols in place . See you soon!
Dear Clients The CMTO and media announced On May 27th that massage therapists and other healthcare providers in Ontario can return to work. I am thrilled, and am really looking forward to working with you all again! However, there is still a lot of work to be done, and other variables to contend with, before I can announce a reopening date. To meet the mandatory requirements the CMTO (our regulatory body) has mandated for reopening, it will take some time, preparation, and... organization. As well, there are still some other variables to consider. Here's what I'm working on : **Reading the 54pg doc the CMTO released outlining the preparation procedures for providing Massage Therapy in Ontario. These documents were provided AFTER the news broke that we could return to work. **Completing online learning modules on infection prevention and control offered by Public Health Ontario (there are several) **Attaining the necessary masks, sanitizers, linens, etc.. Which has proved a challenge, with many companies being frequently out of stock. **Home life - As for many of you, this has altered drastically. With the kids home from school and some daycares/camps cancelling (haven't heard from them all), and hubby working from home, plans must be made before I can schedule clients. **News releases - With the state of emergency extended to June 30th, parks and retail stores just opened, and a protest scheduled for today, it is unknown how this may affect the number of COVID19 cases...or if another lockdown will occur. (At the moment, I don't foresee this being an obstacle). I am certain all these things will start to fall into place in the coming weeks. Once they do, I will be sure to announce a reopening date as soon as that happens! The health and safety of my clients, myself, and my family, are of the greatest importance and priority. And so, I must resist working, in good conscience, for a little while longer. Until then, I hope you all are well and managing these strange times. I miss you all, and can't wait to welcome you back! Yours, in health Amy Coutch, RMT
I'm 'back' at it, Monday July 6th! I have missed treating you all, and look forward to welcoming you to my newly renovated treatment studio! To edit this diagram: - Appointments will be made on a first come first served basis; there are always spaces open for urgent cases - A COVID19 screening questionnaire will be sent to you a few hours before your appointment time... - Payment options will be as before, with a preference towards contactless EFT If you have questions about your treatment, please don't hesitate to ask!
We are finally biting the bullet and refinishing the clinic and office space! The project shouldn't take very long, and I aim to be open for appointments in early July. Exciting times!

This video was too good not to share. I miss massage treatment and my clients very much, but I'm not ready to try these methods. Be well, everyone https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Ith8K4cWb_M&feature=share
