To stay motivated in the My Peak Challenge program, Ive set what Im calling my Dollars for Days challenge, where Im pledging to donate a dollar for every day I complete of the program to Bloodwise, a blood cancer research charity, with the aim of personally donating $336 in March 2018. For extra motivation, Im encouraging anyone who is interested to pledge their support (even just 10 cents per day--$34 at the end of the year--is worthwhile). This way, I know I have at lea...st a $1 (hopefully more) riding on my completing each days work, which goes towards improving my own well-being and supports a very worthy cause. If Im feeling particularly lazy or unmotivated one day, but I know that I have several dollars riding on my completing that days work, Ill be less likely to slack off (Ill just think to myself, "what kind of horrible person am I for taking money away from cancer research?!
