The conditions that apply to clients is that: All clients must have either a written prescription from a Medical Doctor, or a written referral from a regulated health professional (https://www.alberta.ca/regulated-health-professions.aspx). Reach out to your family doctor (or use the virtual doctor appointment online), your chiropractor/physiotherapist/acupuncturist or any on the list found in the link above. 1. An existing written prescription is only valid if issued within the last 12 months. 2. An existing written referral is only valid if issued within the last 12 months. 3. A copy of the original written prescription or written referral is acceptable. 4. The written prescription or written referral must be provided prior to receiving treatment. 5. A copy of the written prescription or written referral must be kept in the client’s file. We must have the copy in our hands prior to you getting on the table!!! If you currently have a prescription/referral you can send them to [email protected] so we can add them to your file right away. We can't wait to see you all soon

We are able to re-open! However, we are waiting on a specific date and other factors that will be getting discussed between the massage associations and recommendations from Dr. Hinshaw. What we do know is that a prescription from a doctor or a referral from a registered healthcare professional (chiro, physio, acupuncturist) will be needed. ... Even though we are shutdown for now, we are still supporting local during this holiday season A few of our stop ins this week have been to: 1. North Country Skin Care, the body scrub and foot fizzies are to die for ... 2. Petals & Posies Flower Co., you guys have seen me post about her floral arrangements but her shop has more amazing local products as well (swooning over the cutest little grinch trees and mini poinsettias) 3. Grazing Boards by Andrea, Grande Prairie, AB, this bomb lady made the best delicious spread for Colleen and Jess as a Christmas gift along with some it was perfection! 4. Grande Prairie Coffee Co., thankful for these fine folks for having an amazing menu and drink list (avocado toast with a pesto spread, hello yeasssss ) 5. Bold & Brassy Boutique, well do I need to say more!?! (The photo says it all), they have some serious cute sht! After the whirlwind these last 4 days has been and pushing ourselves to the max, some much needed self care and wine was needed last night But now I’m officially calling it... that’s a wrap on 2020! I have to do a shout out to these two fine ladies, as they absolutely killed it:... Jess and Colleen, I am so unbelievable proud of the both of you. I’m extremely grateful that you both stepped up to the challenge and added extra time to your already busy schedules to fit in as many clients as possibly. You both pushed yourself way past your limits but what most makes my RMT heart so happy is that your client care and quality of treatments never wavered from your first clients Wednesday to finishing with your last clients on Saturday! Also major shoutout to our lovely clients: We are so thankful for how supportive and wonderful you have made this year for us All the words of encouragement and positivity this week, as we navigate our way through another shutdown, did not go unnoticed! We appreciate you! UPDATE Almost 9 months ago I had to make a similar post..... involving that inevitable helpless, sinking feeling after receiving the news. Those who have appointments in the 4 weeks we are mandated to be closed will unfortunately be getting a cancellation email with the reason being ‘Due to Covid’ ... We have expanded our hours to get in as many of you as possible before our closure takes affect Sunday, December 13th. My fingers are crossed that it will only be for that long. We will be closing the online booking system until further notice. This will allow us to book in the canceled appointments once we have the green light to do so. Thank you for understanding and being so wonderful with your support during these difficult times. We hope you all have a safe holiday season and we can’t wait to see you all in the New Year! Well I’ve done it... well something lol still waiting on the X-ray results to see if I have fractured any ribs.
