It's another beautiful day here at the Resort as Bubbles and Jasper have themselves a little race, while Princess and Spencer watch from the spectator stands.

ATTENTION: As of Monday November 9th we require all customers to wear a mask when entering the Resort! As per the BC Health Minister’s advice, we have implemented mandatory masking here at Animal Magic Pet Resort. Our family of both staff and customers is made up of a wide variety of people, with a wide variety of health needs. To best serve those needs, we have made the decision to require masks for entry into the Resort at this time, to better protect everyone against the C...OVID-19 virus. We understand some people are not comfortable or may not be able to wear masks due to health reasons. If you have concerns regarding this, please contact us at 250-248-8700 and ask to speak to one of our managers, or email us at [email protected]. The staff is happy to provide disposable medical grade masks for use by our customers. Please keep in mind, management will not tolerate any abuse of the staff of the Resort regarding this, or any issue. Dear Animal Magic Family, We understand the growing concern surrounding Coronavirus (COVID-19) across our communities, and our hearts go out to all those who've been affected. We remain open for business and are committed to providing the same outstanding experience for you and your pets. ... At this time we are retaining our normal operation hours, from 8am-6pm weekday and 8am-5pm on weekends and holidays. We are not offering after-hours pickup at this time. We do ask that you wear a mask when coming to our facility if possible. At this time we are only allowing one family within our lobby at a time. Animal Magic is always working around the clock to ensure we're able to provide the best care for your pets and to keep them healthy and safe. Our team is passionate about the care we provide to your pets at our Resort & Spa and throughout their lives with us. This means that every day, as part of our regular operations, our Resort & Grooming Salon is always maintained and disinfected between guests. Recently, in due to the Virus, we've increased the frequency of cleaning, however our standards have never been low. We've always maintained our Resort & Salon each day by: -Cleaning and disinfecting all rooms, grooming tables, kennels, water/food bowls, and toys grooming tools between every Pet or Play -Sanitizing and cleaning all surfaces and playrooms every night As always, we provide hand sanitizer at our front counter for customers and associates, and I encourage my team to ensure that anyone who is not feeling well understands that I support them staying home. We ask that if you are not feeling well and have signs of a Fever / Cough to please stay home. If your pet is staying with us and you need them home, our Mobile Services are available to ensure your pet gets where they need to go, safely, and there will be extra steps taken to make sure there is no contact. We also accept Visa / MC payments over the phone. If you have recently returned from overseas we ask that you obey the provincial 14 day quarantine for returning from outside BC. We are happy to offer mobile drop off/pick up to accommodate this. We will continue to refer to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization and other public health agencies to determine the safest course of action for everyone who comes This situation continues to evolve quickly, and we will be monitoring it closely. As Pet Parents ourselves, we understand you may have specific questions about how to keep your pets and families safe, and we are here to support you every step of the way.
