SOME TROOP FAMILY TREASURES - A Troop family photo album along with some loose photos were donated to AHS back in 2007. Very few have names on them, but it appears they are connected to the family of Frank & Isabelle Troop of Granville Centre. Their children were Susan (who married Harry Bent), Rupert (married Frances Troop) and Ivan, who married and lived in Massachusetts. Among the photos are those of their house, the Troop barn, and the All Saints Anglican church. Stay tuned for more photos. We'll need help with some of these . . .

CHOIR AT ST PAUL'S ANGLICAN CHURCH, ROUND HILL, ca1960 - Here's another photo submitted by a regular follower, looking for more names to go with the faces. It appears to be at Christmas time. Names known: Irene (Spurr) Bishop, middle row, 2nd from left, and Bill Goucher, back row, far left. Recognize anyone here?

SNOW REMOVAL IN SPADES - This is a snapshot of snow being removed from the tracks by a wedge-style snowplow train at the Annapolis Royal train station, date unknown. The building at the left is the old freight shed, with the old water tower behind the train. Anyone recall snow removal from the tracks when the trains were still running?
