November stats are in! This time of year we always see a decline in the number of sales from previous months. The number of sales in Niagara from October to November 2020 have decreased by 21.4% but as you can see in this chart, despite Covid 19, the number of sales have increased 20.5% from this same time in 2019. The sale prices have increased by 18.9% and the average days on the market have significantly decreased to 30 days. With historically low mortgage interest rate...s and Inventory still down, buyers are eagerly trying to get into the market, keeping us in a very active sellers market. Well here it is! October stats for Niagara are in! The most frequent question we get asked is How is the market? Well this diagram explains it very well. Niagara is quite the place to be. The demand for houses in Niagara has grown year over year, and even more so this year. In October we had a decrease of only 1.2% in the amount of new listing compared to Oct 2019, but the number of sales has increased 39.5% during the same period and the average days on the market is dow...n to 28 which we have not seen in a while.
