CONGRATULATIONS to Micheline Babineau who is celebrating 10 years of service with the APTA! Micheline is responsible for the day-to-day front office operations of the Association, product sales, fuel surcharge and accounting. She is also responsible for the management of the LCV Training Program and the Commercial Vehicle Wheel Service Training Program.
