As some areas are opening local pools outside, and clubs are doing more in-person training sessions, the BCSSA Covid Cup virtual programming is winding down! We... will be stopping our weekly virtual programs after July 1 but will still have the occasional special event hosted online. Make sure you get your participation in this week and next in order to add to your club's participation numbers. Maybe YOUR club will be the overall 2020 Covid Cup winners.... You never know!?!

June 6-13, 2020, is Water Safety Week, an annual campaign to educate Canadians on how to stay safe around water and prevent drowning incidents. Every year, approximately 520 Canadians die needlessly in unintentional water-related fatalities. #keepeveryonesafe #bcrcmp

Today was an incredibly special day because of this guy right here. This is Phil. And he was my summer club coach! He is the coach who made me believe in myself.... There is no doubt that if Phil did not take that head coaching position with our small summer club, none of what I achieved in swimming would have ever happened. I owe this man so much gratitude and knowing he was in the stands watching me race again was incredibly special.
