In line with the recommendations provided by Health Canada and the World Health Organization, we are taking the following precautions to ensure the ongoing health and safety of our clients and staff: Wearing of disposable nitrile gloves while working in your home Minimal physical contact with surfaces within your home Maintaining physical separation between our staff and your family ARK has instituted significant travel restrictions and mandated self-isolation for any staff member showing symptoms, or who have reason to believe they have been exposed We have deferred all social events and large meetings We are also taking daily body temperature checks of all employees each morning before leaving our office We have instituted rigorous protocols to ensure a safe environment in our showroom: Daily cleaning of all surfaces Ongoing cleaning of all high use surfaces Cleaning of POS terminal after each use Maintaining physical separation We are monitoring Health Canada recommendations around workplace wellness and safety and will be nimble to adapt our approach as required Please, no shaking of hands or hugs.
