Where do I begin!? I am grateful and I feel blessed! It has been one year since I bought Arnold Crescent Animal Hospital (ACAH) from the incredible Dr. Dewey.... Arnold Crescent Animal Hospital has been serving the Richmond Hill community since 1988. I joined the team back in 1997. It has been an incredible journey. We have always had amazing clients, staff and patients. Despite me moving one hour away, I continued to practice medicine here at ACAH, knowing that one day, I would own this top notch clinic. Well, my dream became a reality on March 1st 2019. I am now sitting in my office after meeting with my mentors (Pierre Vella-Zarb, Jayson Swartz, Samuel Cummins, and Christine Walterhouse) for our one year review and I can’t help but feel incredibly emotional, grateful and blessed. Although I have had many dreams, aspirations and ideas as to what I wanted to accomplish at ACAH, I NEVER could have made it a reality without the help of an amazing support staff, advisors, mentors, family and wife. Although ACAH has always had high standards and great staff, I feel that it has NEVER been better than it is today. The team at ACAH is second to none! 2019 has brought many changes: full diagnostic in clinic lab, digital radiography, online store, longer hours (including 7 days a week appointments), new website, online bookings, email and text reminders, 4 incredibly knowledgeable veterinariansand the list goes on. There reality is that this could not have been possible without the amazing staff that make the ACAH team incredible. The receptionists, Jayne, Rebecca, Linda, Floriana, Lisa and Valentina are always ready to help with any of your questions and needs. The RVTs Becky and Michelle are the most dedicated technicians I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Your animals could not be in better hands! The animal care attendants Alyssa, Kyle and Makenna treat each animal as if it were their own. The groomer Tracey has a vast knowledge of breed standards, and knows exactly what to do with any breed related requirements. Alison, our clinic manager is well versed in dealing with not only the day to day routine workings of the clinic, but is always ready to help with challenges and is incredibly gifted in dealing with our amazing clients; no matter what is asked of her. Lastly, the four veterinarians; Drs. Kevin, Mike, Nicole and myself, have a vast knowledge and experience in dealing not only with the routine medical needs of your fur babies, but also the complex cases that require expertise. I am blessed. I could not do this without my AMAZING team. Thank you for an incredible first year. I look forward to many more years of working together and offering the best possible medicine for the most important creatures on this planetOUR AMAZING PATIENTS. ACAH would not be the same without all of you. With love, admiration and appreciation, THANK YOU ALL! Respectfully, Dr. Fabio R. Tarable (aka Dr. T)
