Good evening! Get ready for a long and Heartfelt post This weekend I am celebrating a milestone birthday!! At the start of 2020 I planned to make more time for myself...for me, my family and my friends. I also wanted to celebrate by birthday in some way but wasn't really sure how! Well then we all know what happened...Covid happened! So all of what I was hoping for this year didn't quite work out but it is always a work in progress right? I will be celebrating my birthd...ay with my family at home and am totally okay with that. In thinking about what I wasn't able to do or accomplish this year also made me realize all the amazing things that has happened in my life these last 8 months...yes it has been 8 months!!! That amazing is YOU!! YOU have been there with me through all of this uncertainty. Some placing orders every week or two or as needed while our door was locked and offering cubside pick up and delivery. I wasn't sure what to expect when we unlocked our doors but you have amazed us and keep walking through that door time and time again. We are working harder than ever at keeping our freezers and showcases full so you can have all the choices you deserve. Yes, I couldn't have done this without my family helping in our kitchen and shop, but If it wasn't for your constant support, gratitude and love of our food we wouldn't be here today! For that I am forever grateful. Thank-you I asked Stephanie, our new Pastry Chef, to make my birthday cake. I had some pretty specific ideas in mind but ultimately I wanted it to be pretty!! Stephanie has done an amazing job and it is so pretty that I wanted to share with you. So Stephanie has made some cupcakes to follow the theme of my cake. So tomorrow we celebrate ALL of you amazing customers! Wether you have been been with us since before Covid or brand new this week you ALL mean the world to us! Your support, understanding and patience has kept us going and makes it so easy for me to come in each morning and cook for you! THANK YOU As we move though this next wave of the pandemic know that we will be here you!! We have lots of cupcakes to share...all dairy free, some vegan and some dye free.
