I found these graphic cards helpful to reflect on and I thought that maybe some of you will, too. I would recommend editing them to say "parent" wherever it says "mom", but overall I find they resonated for me and I found them quite normalizing. Please remember to be kind and compassionate to yourself and your kids during this time - it's not meant to be easy. <3
