Arran Lake Seasonal and guest. It’s hard to believe it’s Thanksgiving Weekend. Our Arran Lake team would like to wish you all a very happy Thanksgiving. Enjoy this time with friends and family. As many of you are closing for the season we wish you a safe and healthy winter months, before you know it, opening day will be here once again. Couple notes as a reminder. -hydro bills will be sent out by email in the next day or two -sign up sheet is in the office for winterizatio...n -please be sure to cover or put away any belongings that could be damaged by our winter months, when closing (we will not be responsible) -also make sure all plugs are unplugged and wrapped when closing -make sure to cover every little nook and cranny so our little critters won't be getting in Gobble Gobble. Bring on the feast.

Thanks everyone for sharing your beautiful Christmas Trees with Sun This week I would like to ask you all what is your favorite childhood Christmas Memory Mine ...is going out the my Grandmas every Christmas for a big Turkey mid day lunch/dinner, with all the family, My uncle Lewis wouldn't let any of us kids open a gift until we ate, and our plates had to be clean, (he came off scary to us little ones at that time, but he was a gentle giant underneath all his gruff), and this one particular Christmas, my Uncle Lewis just happened to have pulled my name,(we use to draw names, because there was so many of us), he always teased me, because I was the only girl, and he made sure that my gift was the last gift to be handed out, and it was well worth the wait, when I opened the gift, there before my eyes was the most beautiful gold Angel that played my favorite Christmas song Silent Night, and on the tag was, to the one and only Angel, Wendy Love Uncle Lewis, My uncle and unfortunately the Angel are long gone, but to this day the memory lives on.
