A shout out to the Humboldt Area Arts Council, serving Humboldt and area since 1974! Not to be confused with Arts Humboldt (two separate entities), the Humboldt Area Arts Council may be best described as affiliated with the Humboldt Museum and Gallery.
Until a replacement facility is announced, we will continue to post this video every year to remember the past and look forward to the future when we will once again have a home for performing arts in our community.
Yup or Nope? Check out more of his mashups here: https://www.youtube.com/cha/UC6C3PX8hLzueaPWW9nmT85w/videos
Times are tough, but Arts are important. Maybe more so now than ever. We look forward to bringing live performances back to you as soon as we are able.
80's techno fans will be like, "Whoa Dude!"
Humboldt. A hotbed for punk rock? Why not? Nice article. -LJ

Children of the 80's: This might just blow your mind to know this isn't an 80's song after all. #NotTiffany

CANCELED FOR 2020 - Arts Humboldt has made the decision to cancel the annual Missoula Children’s Theater (MCT) in Humboldt for the fall of 2020. Plans are to bring MCT back to Humboldt in the fall of 2021. The decision to cancel MCT for this fall is 100% related to the concerns, uncertainties, and logistical unknowns surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Arts Humboldt would like to thank everyone for their understanding, and looks forward to planning for MCT’s return in 2021.
Happy Canada Day everyone! Take a trip back in time with a classic song about building the railroad across Canada.
An appropriate song for wet Wednesday.

Hey Live Voltage: A bot wrote a new AC/DC song for you to cover at your next gig!
With continued public health concerns as well as international travel and government restrictions due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, our organizing committee,... in consultation with the City of Humboldt, Humboldt Broncos, Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and the Hunter Brothers, has made the difficult decision to postpone the 3rd Annual Conexus Credit Union Humboldt Broncos Memorial Golf Tournament hosted by Jared Bednar and Brian Munz scheduled for August 2020. The postponement of the Memorial Golf Tournament also includes the Hunter Brothers Concert and the 2020 Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League Hall of Fame Induction Banquet. This has been a difficult decision to come to over the last number of weeks. In saying that, we believe our primary responsibility is the safety of the community, Bronco families, sponsors, volunteers and guests said Tournament Host Brian Munz. Moving forward, we are excited to announce the 2021 Conexus Credit Union Humboldt Broncos Memorial Golf Tournament, featuring the Hunter Brothers Concert and SJHL Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony will take place Friday, August 6th and Saturday, August 7th, 2021. Despite the disappointment of not being able to gather together this summer, we are already looking forward to the biggest event we have put together so far in August of 2021 said Tournament Host Jared Bednar. Over the next few weeks, our organizing committee will be in touch with sponsors and those who have already registered. Any further questions can be directed to us via email: [email protected].
Music + Literature = Awesome. Gather the kids for this one.
LOL Ryan Josephson
This video has just about everything that Brian dislikes about this kind of music (including some front porch whitlin') but I like it anyway. Get up and swing your partner (one that lives in the same house as you only please - keep your physical distance to others). -LJ
Kingston’s Tom Savage has made Humboldt an annual stop the last few years. Please go to and give this video a big Humboldt Like to say Hi, Thanks, and Take care!
Catchy tune. Keep two meters apart everyone. Listen to the end, if you can.

Nurture your kid's artistic talents. It could lead to this. Enjoy.
We missed J.J.'s show this past weekend due to this coronavirus situation, but that doesn't mean he's not still working hard to bring his music to the people. Check out his Facebook Live show tomorrow night and consider supporting J.J. and the Unison Benevolent Fund if you're able. We'll be working with J.J.'s team to reschedule his Humboldt show as soon as we can. In the meantime, enjoy the show!
Theatre groups might appreciate this:
Bet you won't be able to keep this catchy tune out of your head. You're welcome.
